Project description

Installing epoxy coating over tiles in internal areas.

Requirement

We had done work for this client before which they were very happy with, and they  loved the seamless finish which epoxy provides.  They decided they also wanted us to install an epoxy floor over their existing tiles throughout most of the house.

Challenges

The major challenge with internal whole house projects is getting the work done & allowing time for the product to fully cure in order for the occupants to return.

In these circumstances, clients vacate their premises for an allocated period set by us. This allows for few, if any issues, that can arise once the preparation commences.

Solution

The project schedule provided time for curing, thorough cleaning and delivery of some new furniture items, which was part of the overall interior update.  By the time the owners returned they were able to walk on the floor immediately and enjoy their new space.

Outcome

We completed the installation of the Refined Blend epoxy flooring in the main parts of the house, two bathrooms and a toilet, and our clients were delighted with the final aesthetic and functional floor.
