We have been installing epoxy floor coating systems since 2011, working across residential and commercial projects throughout South East Queensland, Sydney and Northern NSW.
That experience has shaped how we train our installers, choose our products and manage each job from enquiry through to completion.
Today, Tough Floors is a growing franchise network branching across Australia, with trained local operators backed by shared systems, head office support and a consistent standard of work. We are accountable for the floors we install, and we stand behind the work.
What we stand for
Training
Every installer completes structured training before working independently. They are trained on real floors, with real products, under supervision, not rushed through a short course and sent out alone.
Products
We choose products based on performance, durability and suitability for the job. We do not use a product because it is cheap, convenient or pushed by a reseller.
Timing
We respond quickly, quote clearly and keep the job moving without rushing the parts that matter. Good service should still respect your time.

Every installation is backed by clear 5-year warranty information, so you know what is covered, what is not covered and how to care for the floor after installation.

Your Tough Floors installer is a local business owner. They live and work in your area, they know the local conditions, and they are personally invested in the quality of every job they complete. Behind them is a national network with shared training, shared standards, and Head Office support across the full job lifecycle — from the initial quote through to the final invoice.

You enquire
Head Office receives your enquiry and responds promptly. No chasing required.
We quote
A detailed quote is prepared and sent to you. Some enquiries can be ‘desktop quotes.’ Otherwise, a site inspection is arranged by your local operator.
You confirm
Accept the quote digitally. Your local installer contacts you to book the installation date.
We deliver
The job is completed to Tough Floors standard. You receive care instructions and your warranty documentation.
