We have built the systems, the training, and the support structure so that you can build a real, scalable business in a sector that continues to grow. The work cannot be outsourced, automated, or done from a laptop. It is skilled, physical, and rewarding — and the demand is there.

What a Tough Floors franchisee can expect
In a technically demanding craft, the three-day courses you have seen — run by people who primarily want to sell you their products — are setting you up to fail. They are not enough. Not even close.
The training Tough Floors provides is continuous and ongoing. We cannot cover everything in the initial phase — no training program can. What we do is arm you with the tools and frameworks to assess every project with confidence. From there, your experienced Area Manager is by your side as required, providing the technical guidance that only comes from years of doing this work on real floors.
